The hotel and room were immaculately clean, with a comfy bed and nice bedding. The staff was friendly and informative. It is centrally located, perfect for exploring downtown Allentown and visiting the Allentown Brew Works. a great stay!

Nothing not to like.

Nice location and staff, as advertised. The bed was comfy, no problems with sleep. They have a downstairs bar. The hotel was situated next to the Hamilton & fountne bus stop, just 15 minutes walking distance.

TV set and a bed were appreciated. Allentown art museum was placed in direct proximity...

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the new Arena, where you can enjoy concerts and events. During lunchtime, you can try the nearby empty restaurant for a quiet meal. If you need to get somewhere quickly, the front desk is very helpful in arranging transportation, as seen when they promptly arranged a shuttle to the courthouse. Additionally, if you're a fan of craft beer, the hotel is situated near local breweries, providing a fun experience for beer enthusiasts.

The hotel is in a less-than-ideal neighborhood, which may be a cause for concern for some guests.

Very friendly staff, good room quality, comfortable bed. The WiFi did not always work and the Sunday staff did not know how to deal with it. It was fixed overnight. The desk staff helped get our flights checked in when the network was not up.

Personnel were friendly and efficient. We were able to check in and our easily and quickly. This hotel worked well for our purposes, which was to attend a family event in Allentown and enjoy a short stay there. We did.

We flew in and out of the Allentown airport and chose this hotel for price and shuttle access. The staff were very friendly and helpful with planning our local needs. The shuttle worked except for our initial arrival where there were too many passengers and we were not able to get on when we needed to. The management apologized and we feel this was a one time issue. The shuttle drivers proved to be knowledgable and prompt. The room was nice and the local food options were good.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. The room was clean and spacious. The location was great and convenient for local shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly.

I tried to call a few times about a week before to discuss parking due to the 250th anniversary in Allentown and the closing of Hamilton Street and the phone was disconnected for several days. I also sent an email but the response I received was very confusing.

Additionally, the location was perfect for me, as it was conveniently situated near the downtown area. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with standard double beds that provided a good night's sleep.
